(A)   Your rough opening will need to be larger than the size door you are wanting to use.  You will need to allow extra room for shimming in order to square the door unit. It is recommended that you add 2 1/2″ to the door height and  2″  to the door width.

I have a launfry room with the rough opening og 5″3/8 width opening and a height of 6′ 9″ inches opening. The old door was 1″ 1/4 inches thick. I need to replace the door and all the hardware to mount the new door. We had a three panel light weight door. It was poorly installed and has falling off too many time to count. Can you give me an estimate for the doors, and all the hardware needed to mount them.
