Interior Doors Direct is the manufacturing door division of Designer Doors, Inc. We are the online source for solid hardwood custom and standard interior doors made to order.
About Our Doors
All our own doors are made from start to finish at our manufacturing facility in Burghill, Ohio. We specialize in custom sizes, of quantities of 1 to 100. It doesn't matter. If you want a door in odd heights or widths, we will make it. If you want panel configurations changed, we will do it, If you want an oak door with cherry panels, we will make it. If you need a door 33 inches wide by 78 inches high, we will make it.
Purchase direct from us, the manufacturer. We sell direct to anyone, homeowners, builders, or lumber yards. Everyone gets the same price, since we only sell direct.
Now you can have doors made for that old house without having to change your opening sizes. If the builder made mistakes with your opening size, we can make you a door to fit the incorrect size. We do any jamb size, since we do the manufacturing.
We manufacture all our interior doors in Poplar, Red Oak, White Oak, Cherry, Hickory, Ash, Walnut, and Mahogany, and ship them direct to your home or office.

No low quality imported doors are sold by our company. We can produce all the standard sizes, not half the sizes that you may need. A 34" wide door is a standard size to us. Many of these imported lines offer no such size. If you need a 29" wide door, we can also custom make that. We specialize in custom heights, widths, or a combination of heights and widths.
We have hardware available for any type of door that we manufacture, and specialize in bifold , bypass, pocket door, and multi-fold hardware from L.E. Johnson. Our company sells and stocks only the high quality commercial grade line of Johnson hardware, stocking in depth the hardware in different weight levels for all the hardware above. We are one of the largest stocking distributors for this hardware in the United States with over a quarter million dollars of inventory. The newest grade in stock will hold up to 300 pound pocket doors, 500 pound bifold door units, and more. We specialize in pocket doors, and have just finished our second program for DIY network, and HGTV, on pocket door solutions for different houses. We also have an upcoming episode on custom bathroom doors on HGTV.
Every interior door is thoroughly inspected, carefully packaged, and then shipped to your choice of destinations. Ask us our door salespeople about our delivery options.
We are a family owned business, started in 1984, which first sold to the local market, and then expanded to lumberyards in a four state area. With the demise of local independent lumberyards, we decided to start moving our sales to the internet, and by the year 2000, over 99% of our sales had moved to the internet. We specialize in the production of custom and standard hardwood interior doors. We have 28,000 square feet of facilities currently, with 32 employees, and growing.
